BBQ and Marinated Rump Steak with Grape Tomato Salad C/W
Serves 4; Prep: 10 mins; Cook: 15 mins; Nutritional Value: high in protein, Vitamin C.
2 x 400g slices rump steak
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 punnets grape tomatoes
¼ cup shredded basil or parsley
¼ cup French dressing
Rub the spices into the meat and season it well with salt and pepper.
When ready to cook barbecue or grill the steaks until done to your likeness.
Allow to rest in a warm place for five minutes.
Cut the grape tomatoes in half and combine with your herb of choice and the French dressing.
Cut the steaks into thick slices and serve with a portion of the tomato salad.
