Tarunda IGA opened its doors in December 2010 after the old Tarunda Supermarket tragically burnt down in 2009. Owned by Leedal Pty Ltd, a company made up by local Aboriginal Communities around the Fitzroy Crosing area, we now have a new and better store to serve the growing needs of the Fitzroy Valley. Greatly appreciated by all, Tarunda IGA now offers great weekly specials, fresh meat and a larger range of fresh fruits and vegetables. Tarunda IGA bakes fresh rolls and bread loaves and roasts moist, mouth watering hot BBQ chickens daily. We also have a newsagency which has sold a winning Division 1 Saturday Lotto ticket in early 2012.
If you can't find what you are looking for, one of our friendly staff are always there to help. Or if we don't stock a product or brand you love, we endeavour to get it in stock for you because we are here for our locals. Whether you visit us in the Kimberley during the Wet (November to April) or Dry (May to October) Season, customers come first at Tarunda IGA.
